Awakening Music is pleased to announce the worldwide release of Muslim American singer-songwriter Raef’s sophomore album: Mercy. Featuring 14 tracks, Raef’s new album brings forth a new sound for Western Muslim art using country rock music.
Unlike previous releases , Mercy was recorded and produced in the Country Music capital of the world: Nashville, Tennessee, with additional production being done in Bandung, Indonesia.
“This album is an invitation to welcome mercy into your own life. An invitation to passionately seek mercy, and to be a source of mercy for yourself and those around you. Every song on this album is a fruit from a tree rooted in the soil of ra’fah (clemency),” writes Raef.
